An Atlanta native, Kattia combines her business acumen with a passion for design. With a background in corporate leadership, she brings strong project management and strategic thinking to her work.

Kattia’s passion for residential renovation led her to start Serrano Conway Homes in 2013, focusing on high-end, functional designs. She later became a partner at EverCraft LLC, a custom construction company known for beautifully crafted homes, including the 2022 Southeastern Designer Showhouse.

In 2024, Kattia launched Nectar and Nest Interiors, bringing her vibrant, thoughtful designs to life. Inspired by her Colombian roots, her work features bold colors, unique architectural elements, and a mix of old and new. She also refinishes special pieces for each project, adding a personal touch.
